These sessions are shaped around your specific needs, capacity, and timing, while remaining grounded in the same relational and developmental principles that guide all of Blaise’s work.

One-on-one sessions draw from the same foundations of relational practice, somatic awareness, and developmental sequencing, adapted to your unique context.

Rather than following a fixed curriculum, the work unfolds responsively—guided by what is emerging in your system and what it is ready to meet. Sessions may include:

  • Attuned presence and relational inquiry

  • Somatic and felt-sense exploration

  • Support integrating insight into lived experience

  • Guidance through moments of uncertainty, intensity, or transition
