Practice Recordings

One Experience

Guided teaching and meditation, pulled from the full intensive, for ongoing practice and review.

Orientation for the Work

These are short clips pulled directly from your six live sessions — not new material, but a way to return to a specific day's teaching, or its matched meditation, without rewatching the full recording.

Each day follows the same three-part arc:

Opening Meditation — the grounding sequence that starts that day's session: breath, body, then the shared field of the group. Each day keeps its own version, since the grounding itself built and deepened over the six sessions.

Teaching — that day's core teaching, as a clean standalone piece.

Integration Meditation — a guided return to felt experience of what was just taught. Not a recap and not a fresh opening — this is where that day's specific teaching gets practiced directly, in the body, before moving on.

Watch each day in that order: Opening Meditation → Teaching → Integration Meditation.

Day 1

Presence & Interiority

Opening Meditation

A guided body-based grounding — breath, base of spine, legs and feet, then emotional and mental experience, then the shared field of the group. The starting point for the whole intensive.

Teaching — Presence & Expanding Focus

What "presence" actually means, and how focus expands — from breath, to body, to emotion and thought, to everything around you — until there's no longer an "outside" to what you're aware of.

Opening Meditation

That day's own grounding sequence.

Day 2

Interiority Formalized

Teaching — Interiority

Introduces "interiority" — the recognition that there is no outside of your experience. Everything you encounter, inside and out, is happening within one field.

Integration Meditation — Resting in the Object of Experience

A guided return to what was just taught: bringing consciousness itself — the one place where everything happens — into focus, and resting there.

Opening Meditation

That day's own grounding sequence.

Day 3

Effortlessness

Teaching — You Get a Free Ride

A short, direct pointing to being as something that takes no effort to sustain — you're already succeeding at simply being, without trying to.

Integration Meditation — Resting in Effortless Being

Returning to the felt sense that this experience — this consciousness, this beingness — keeps occurring on its own, and needs nothing from you to continue.

Opening Meditation

That day's own grounding sequence.

Day 4

Merging Body & Consciousness

Teaching — The Sign in the Distance

A well-loved metaphor: consciousness meeting the body is like walking toward a sign you can't yet read — clarity comes from moving toward it, not waiting for it to resolve on its own.

Integration Meditation — My Body Is Consciousness

Returning to the recognition that the body isn't separate from consciousness — felt the same direct way you'd feel your own hand.

Opening Meditation

That day's own grounding sequence.

Day 5

Consciousness & the Absolute

Teaching & Meditation — Transcendence & the Big Bang Question

A teaching and closing meditation from Day 5, combined — on transcendent qualities becoming fully integrated over time, and the question of where, exactly, this alive experience you’re having is actually occurring. Closes with a guided invitation to rest into what’s already present, rather than reaching for something higher.

Closing Meditation — Feeling What’s Already Happening

A guided return to the sense that this is already happening inside you, self-generated, effortless — asking how you'd know it was there if you couldn't feel it.

Opening Meditation

That day's own grounding sequence.

Day 6

The Path, No-Self, Motivation

Teaching — Witnessing from the Absolute

A teaching from Day 6, patched together from three moments in the session, on witnessing consciousness from outside or beyond it — using a computer-and-internet metaphor (you don’t have to explore all of reality to transcend it, just your relationship to the “computer” you’re looking through) and the idea of no-self.

Integration Meditation — I Am In It, But Not Of It

The closing meditation of the whole intensive — resting as the one who hosts and experiences life, without being confined by it.
